Original Lime Pickle is perfect with Indian starters and street foods. Scoop some up with a poppadom, dip a samosa or pakora or just serve on the side with a curry. This with some mango chutney and you’re in for a treat! You could also jazz up some couscous by stirring some of this through it, or just experiment making your own recipes.
GingerBeard’s Preserves was started in a small basement flat in Bristol in 2014, making delicious preserves and sauces. Today, everything is still hand made and at 200,000 units a year, they’re pretty busy! They produce their take on classics, their own unique concoctions and also collaborate with many top food producers.
