Original Mango Chutney is GingerBeard’s take on the Indian classic. The sweet and sour flavours are both recognisable but unique enough to separate it from other brands. The addition of nigella seeds brings a slight bitter, fruitiness and the red chilli give it delicious, mild warmth. Another gold from the Taste of the West Awards (as well as the slew of 5 star reviews) should tell you everything you need to know about the flavour!
Original Mango Chutney of course goes perfectly with Indian foods. This, some Lime Pickle and a stack of poppadoms? Yes please! Use it a dip for pakoras, bhajis or even with a curry, on the side. Why not serve with a cheese board or charcuterie board, if you’re loving the flavours!
GingerBeard’s Preserves was started in a small basement flat in Bristol in 2014, making delicious preserves and sauces. Today, everything is still hand made and at 200,000 units a year, they’re pretty busy! They produce their take on classics, their own unique concoctions and also collaborate with many top food producers. Their list of products is impressive, as is the amount of awards they have won, and we’re really happy to be able to offer their foods to our customers!
