Pineapple & Gin Chilli Jam may be one of those flavour combos you’d never dream of working… but it does! Lots of 5 star reviews and a Silver award in the Taste of the West Awards attest to that. The sweetness of the pineapple is front and centre with warming, medium spicy heat to give it balance. The gin and cider vinegar add lots of flavour and plenty of depth to this very moreish condiment!

Pineapple & Gin Chilli Jam is just a perfect partner for a cheese board! It’ll go well with most cheeses and crackers, so it won’t last long once open. You could use it as a glaze for ham to add some seriously good flavours or as a base in a custom sweet & sour sauce. This would also go well with some Tex-Mex dishes with its sweet and spicy flavours. We’re sure there are lots of things you could match this unusual condiment with!
