Sweet Red Onion Relish is a GingerBeards take on the British classic in collaboration with Fierce & Noble. The onions cook down in their Straight Up Stout to make a sweet and sticky condiment we just can’t get enough of! Not just us, the Taste of the West judges saw fit to award it a Gold in 2024.
Sweet Red Onion Relish is just about perfect for serving with cheese on a cheeseboard. The sweet, delicious flavours pair very well with sharp cheeses and much more. Try it with charcuterie too for another flavour dimension. You could also serve it in a burger or a sandwich if you love the taste!
GingerBeard’s Preserves was started in a small basement flat in Bristol in 2014, making delicious preserves and sauces. Today, everything is still hand made and at 200,000 units a year, they’re pretty busy! They produce their take on classics, their own unique concoctions and also collaborate with many top food producers. Their list of products is impressive, as is the amount of awards they have won, and we’re really happy to be able to offer their foods to our customers!
