Serving Suggestion

Place 300g of beef or chicken mince in hot oil in a wok and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add 300g of mixed vegetables and continue stir frying for a further 8-10 minutes. Add Kra Pao Stir Fry Sauce and a handful of fresh, holy basil (or Thai basil if you can’t find holy). Stir fry until everything is mixed and coated in the sauce and serve with jasmine rice and a crispy wok fried egg. Recipe serves 2.
