Pad Thai Stir Fry Sauce is an authentically Thai sauce that will make your Pad Thai the envy of everyone. Even if you don’t know much about Thai food, you have probably heard of this dish, as it is one of the most popular to come from the region. The flavours come from a perfect blend of tamarind, fish sauce and palm sugar, which make up the majority of the sauce. These are caramelized to create a sweet, salty and sour sauce; the very essence of Thai cuisine. The ingredients in Payst sauces come from the best farms in Thailand and the UK, ensuring the most flavour from each ingredient. There are also no preservatives or flavour enhancers in their sauces, just great produce and an expert hand doing the blending!
