Peach Naga Sauce

Peach Naga Sauce is a great condiment if you’re a lover of flavour and fire! Upon first taste, the wonderful peach flavours quickly give way to the intense heat of naga chillies. A touch of rosemary round the sauce off, adding a herbal background that balances perfectly. While naga chillies are famous for their spicy kick, the flavour is great too, adding another fruity dimension. Go easy to start with, though – this one is hot!!

Peach Naga Sauce is good for all sorts of food! The fruitiness lends itself very nicely to pork and dishes, whether that be ribs, chops, wings or nuggets! Try some is a burger, wrap or sandwich to instantly add a ton of flavour and heat. Try drizzling on prawns fresh from the grill or with tacos. Of course, as a dipping sauce, there’s no limit to what you can se it with. Chips, wedges, pizza and more. Tone the heat down a bit by stirring some into mayonnaise (or similar base) to make a delicious, creamy dip.
