Poblano Pepper Strips are a great, authentic Mexican food that come in a tin for easy storage and use. If you know poblano peppers, you’ll know that spice levels are low with these chillies, but the flavour is high! Speaking of blending them, you could blend them into sauces and marinades too. Try serving them as they are over tacos and enchiladas. Simply open the tin, drain the liquid and rinse the peppers – that’s it! These peppers are a fantastic way to add a great, authentic Mexican aspect to your dishes with ease.
