Raptor Buffalo Sauce is the fourth sauce in the range and what a worthy addition it is! If you know buffalo sauce, you know its buttery smooth with a decent kick of heat, which is exactly what you get here. Only, its head and shoulders above your regular supermarket sauces, using real butter and ghee in the recipe to really bring that creaminess. Habanero mash brings the heat to the mix which balances with the butter, instead of overpowering it. With sauce of this quality and calibre, we can’t wait to see what Raptor comes up with next!
Raptor Buffalo is, of course, the perfect partner for Buffalo chicken wings. Whether you marinade the wings in it or use it as a dip (or both!), you’ll get a seriously tasty meal! It’s also great for boneless wings and pretty much any other type of chicken. If you’re a big lover of buffalo sauce, you’ll be dunking everything in it! About Raptor Hot Sauce
Raptor is a small batch hot sauce from London that was founded in 2025 by Mike Cowler. After travelling to many places in the world and experiencing how different cultures use chilli peppers, he set about creating flavour forward sauces for the UK market. Every process is done in house from fermentation to roasting and smoking and the attention to detail is obvious! These sauces compliment foods, not overtake them and the heat levels are great.
