Zombie Snot is a tasty salsa verde sauce with a gross name and even grosser bottle art! Don’t let this fool you though, this is no novelty hot sauce – it’s an award winner! With a first prize in the New York City Hot Sauce Expo and awards in many other shows, it’s well worth a look if you love fresh and hot condiments. With flavours of Granny Smith apple, roast garlic, coriander and lime juice, it’s a really tangy experience! The heat comes from green Carolina reapers and green 7 pot moruga scorpion chilles, adding flavour and fire. That said, it is one of the milder sauces in the HellFire range, coming in at about a 6/10 for heat. make sure to try it before pouring all over your food!
Zombie Snot is great for loads of dishes if you love a salsa verde or fresh, “green” tasting sauces. Perfect for tacos and tortillas or adding to soups and other similar foods. Pair it with pork or chicken for some extra zing or maybe try some in a burger. Certain pizza toppings go very well with this sauce – just experiment!
