The founder of the company believes this is one of his best sauces, which says something, coming from CaJohns! The smoky chipotle and fruity habanero bring the flavour and heat while an infusion of Jim Beam Black Label Bourbon adds depth and character. Heat level is about a 4/10. Enough heat to compliment the flavours without being overbearing and detracting from the sauce.
