Bloodlust – Bloody Mary Hot Sauce

Bloodlust is back by popular demand! Balefire bring this one out for a limited run and it usually gets snapped up by folks that are waiting for it! Inspiration comes from the world famous cocktail, the Bloody Mary. With flavours of tomato and celery combining with the fermentation on the habanero chillies, it is complex and unique. Of course, then you have the vodka – a fair amount of it! This is a hot sauce thanks to the habanero chillies, so be sure you can handle it before pouring it on your food!

Bloodlust is one of those sauces that we just can’t compare to another! If you love the flavours here, you’ll find any number of things to use it with. That could be as a sauce for potato wedges, chips and chicken pieces, as sauce for pizza and more. Add to your food while cooking to increase the flavours and spiciness, or mix with other sauces to really create your own condiments. You could even try a dash of it in a bloody Mary cocktail and see what you get!
