Ol’ Reds Ghost – Ghost Chilli, Blood Orange & Black Lime Hot Sauce

Ol’ Red’s Ghost is an Autumnal seasonal sauce from Balefire. This is a sauce that is always well received when they release it and with good reason. The flavours here are as great as they are unique! The complex flavours of fermented ghost chilli and black lime move into citrus freshness of blood orange. This all sits on a backdrop of garlic (with a perfect level of caramelization) and a blend of aromatic spices. Ol’ Red’s Ghost is a great sauce that you can use wherever you want add a great flavour and strong hit of spice.
