Critical Masala – Tandoori Hot Sauce with Habanero

Critical Masala, if we’re honest, was one of the first sauces we wanted to try when we first took delivery. A tandoori hot sauce was a new one for us and it did not disappoint in any way! Aromatic Asian spices balance perfectly with the heat from habanero chillies, making this a superb sauce indeed! While Balefire rate this as “hot” and it does have a kick, it’s a really enjoyable heat, we find.

Critical Masala is a great sauce to use with Indian street foods and similar dishes. You could even add this to a curry sauce to add even more flavours or serve with poppadoms and other starters. But just because it’s tandoori, doesn’t mean it is only for that cuisine! This would go very well in a sandwich or wrap, or even a burger. Try marinating some chicken wings for seriously good flavours! This is another sauce that is great as a day to day sauce, if you love the flavours (as much as we do!).
