Arcturus – Superhot Carolina Reaper Sauce with Craft Beer

Arcturus – a red giant star and the 4th brightest in the night sky. This sauce takes it’s name from it because the heat is huge and and so are the flavours! The fermentation  on the Carolina Reapers increases the flavours to raise it above many other superhot sauces. Pale ale adds more depth and complexity as well as other great ingredients. With 20% of the whole sauce being reapers, this is a sauce for chilli heads with high tolerance for pain!

Arcturus is a great as a dipping sauce if you love playing with fire! Perfect for anything you’d like to use it with, be that wedges, pizza crusts, burgers or sandwiches. It would also work well as an ingredient when making other dishes, adding instant flavour and heat to the dish. We’d always advise caution with sauces this hot.
