Burgers & Ribs Rub – 200g

Burgers & Ribs Rub is a blend of herbs and spice, taking inspiration from the great flavours of American barbecue. Rub onto ribs before cooking, basting occasionally, or add to beef mince when making your own burgers. Poppamies recommend a ratio of about 40 – 50g of mix per kilo of meat, but you may have to experiment to find a level you like. The blend contains everything including sugar and salt, so you can just use it and start cooking. To use on a grill, rub the spices onto the meat with a drop of oil and cook as normal. Burgers & Ribs Rub is also great if you’re cooking in an oven, pan or pot. Alternatively, mix with cream cheese and let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours for a delicious dip. Heat level is 1/10 so you should be fine giving it to all but the most sensitive of chilli eaters!
