Fresh Qin Chilli Sauce – 160g

Fresh Qin Chilli Sauce is a wonderfully authentic taste of Chinese cuisine, using a 400 year old recipe. It uses the cornerstone of RishRight products, the Qin Chilli. This wonderful chilli is native to Qishan, Shaanxi Province, China, where the unique climate and rich soils give rise to a distinctive chilli. With some heat, some sweetness and a hint of smokiness, it really brings a superb flavour to the mix. By fermenting the chillies first, they take on a fruity, tangy and savoury flavour that helped clinch the Gold Star from the Great Taste Awards!

Fresh Qin Chilli Sauce is a great all round sauce that pairs perfectly with many dishes. Try it with scrambled eggs or avocado, or as a condiment on a cheese board. It is great for serving with breads and crackers too. Add some to a stir fry with prawns, chicken, mushrooms, tofu or just the vegetables!
