Fresh Qin Chilli Sauce (Garlic Blend) is, as you might expect, the original sauce with a good dose of garlic in the mix! This adds a bold, extra dimension to an already amazing sauce which really sets it apart. It uses the cornerstone of RishRight products, the Qin Chilli. This wonderful chilli is native to Qishan, Shaanxi Province, China, where the unique climate and rich soils give rise to a distinctive chilli. With some heat, some sweetness and a hint of smokiness, it really brings a superb flavour to the mix. By fermenting the chillies first, they take on a fruity, tangy and savoury flavour that helped clinch the Gold Star from the Great Taste Awards! This is a paste style sauce that is rich and versatile.

Fresh Qin Chilli Sauce (Garlic Blend) is great with all kinds of foods. It makes a great dipping sauce as well as a great base for marinades. Try stirring it into dishes to add flavour and heat.
