Yo Po Chilli (Traditional) is a fantastic, award winning sauce that is as versatile as it is delicious! The recipe is 400 years old and uses the Qin Chilli as it’s main ingredient. This wonderful chilli is native to Qishan, Shaanxi Province, China, where the unique climate and rich soils give rise to a distinctive chilli. With some heat, some sweetness and a hint of smoky flavours, it is central to RishRight foods.
Yo Po Chilli has a crisp texture and a subtle nutty taste that suits many foods. It is perfect with eggs, stir fry’s, in ramen and noodle dishes as well as salads. Try it with steak, fish, pasta or even in a sandwich. It will add instant flavour and heat to whatever you use it with.
