Qin Chilli Oil – 150g

Qin Chilli Oil is a rich, aromatic oil that uses the unique, eponymous chilli to give it a great flavour. The Qin Chilli is native to Qishan, Shaanxi Province, China, where the climate and rich soils give rise to a distinctive chilli. With some heat, some sweetness and a hint of smokiness, it really brings a superb taste to the mix. This chilli oil uses the same ingredients as Yo Po Chilli, but in pure oil format. It’s a velvety, smooth oil with many uses in the kitchen and on the dining table.

Qin Chilli Oil is a great, high quality product to bring out when friends and family are over and you want to enjoy the good stuff! Use with anything you usually would use a chilli oil for. This could be as a dip for breads and pizzas, a drizzle for pasta, or in a stir fry. Add some zing to your Eastern foods such as dumplings, ramen or noodle dishes. It really is an extremely versatile ingredient!
