Yo Po Chilli (Golden Drizzle) is a silky smooth version of the Traditional Yo Po Chilli. It also uses the incredible Qin Chilli to give it that unique flavour and heat profile. This is an industry first Qin chilli paste from RishRight and what a fantastic introduction! Grown only in Qishan, Shaanxi Province, China, these chillies add something special and unique to the blend. There is a reason the 400 year old recipe has not changed in all that time!
Yo Po Chilli (Golden Drizzle) is highly versatile and highly delicious! Try it with noodles, rice, pasta or stir fry’s to bring flavour and some heat. It would also work very well with eggs, salads and pizzas as well as in a sandwich or as a dip for breads. The smooth texture and nutty flavour add a rich umami layer to anything you put it with.
