Garlic & Okra Pickle is a tasty condiment that would be a great accompaniment to many foods. With a gold star from the Great Taste Awards, the flavours have a great balance with a mild hit of chilli. Okra (otherwise known as Ladies fingers) are a fairly unusual ingredient in condiments, but they are handled with expertise here! This is a fusion of a Nigerian pickle with a garlic pickle that is widely available.

Garlic & Okra Pickle is perfect for a cheese board at home or a picnic in the park. You can add some to a sandwich to really boost the flavours or use it as an ingredient when making curries.
