Harder Daddy – Superhot Brown Sauce with Carolina Reaper

Harder Daddy takes the Balefire seasonal favourite of Who’s Your Daddy and add some fire! The original is their take on a classic brown sauce and regularly gets rave reviews on their site and beyond. Flavours are instantly recognisable but amped up in strength and quality from the black treacle and tamarind. Then the Carolina Reapers come in and really make an entrance! Harder Daddy is great for using wherever you would normally use a brown sauce. a classic is a fry up of course and the spiciness will certainly wake you up if you’re having it for breakfast. Try in a bacon sandwich, with shepherds pie and any number of other  quintessentially British foods. Then again, if you want to try it on other dishes…. well, why not!
