Mango Unchained is a superb pairing of Alphonso mangoes with one of the hottest chillies in the world – the Naga chilli! The fermentation on the chillies blends perfectly with the fruitiness to make a deliciously sweet sauce with some fire on the side! This one is very hot, so be sure to try it before serving!

Mango Unchained is a great sauce if you love fruity sauces. It goes very well with chicken dishes, especially dishes from tropical regions. With just a few drops, you can pep up a salad into a real taste sensation! As with any sauce, you can use it wherever you see fit if you love the flavours (and can take the heat!).
