Hot Lava is a fantastic quality chilli made with cold pressed rapeseed oil. The infusion of Chipotle and garlic give the oil a warming heat and an amazing smoky flavour. Chipotle is one of our favourite flavours and it comes through wonderfully here. The infusion retains the flavour and heat of the chilli, which is only enhanced with a selection of herbs. Great anywhere where you’d normally use a chilli oil. Drizzle on pizza or pasta, use with grilled fish and meats and goes very well in a stir fry. Hot Lava is also perfect for stirring into mayonnaise to create a creamy, hot dip. Heat level for this oil is about a 3/10.
