Coffee & Chipotle Chilli Rub is a delicious dry rub that imparts an amazing flavour to whatever you use it with. Ideal for a barbeque, the coffee and smoky chilli compliments the char flavour you get from cooking over coals. Sprinkle Coffee & Chipotle Chilli Rub onto steak, beef brisket, ribs, roast beef, pork or tuna steaks to get a wonderful smoky, umami flavour.

This is also great for use in the kitchen too, if the weather is bad! While it is perfect for cuts of meat, you can try it on anything you like. It could match perfectly with strong savoury flavours such as mushrooms, if you follow a vegetarian diet. Just rub into your chosen food, leave for a while to allow the flavours to permeate and then cook! As with all rubs and marinades, you may need to experiment with how much to use to get the flavour you want. You can always add more, but taking it out again can be impossible!
