Incinerator is one of 3 oils in the Grim Reaper Foods line-up. It has a delicious smoky and almost nutty flavour from the oak smoke that is very moreish. It will add lots of flavour and extra complexity to whatever you choose to use it with. The chilli extract gives it a good kick while keeping the oil beautifully clear.

Incinerator Oak Smoked Chilli Oil is a great swap oil for anywhere you would use an oil, cooking or dressing. Drizzle on pizza, sear fish with it, add to scrambled eggs or use as a finishing oil for risotto. Pour some into your noodle dishes for colour and flavour or dress a salad. You can also use it as a marinade for meats and fish to infuse a great flavour before cooking, or even build on the flavours by adding your own spices to it. Spice level for Incinerator is around a 5/10, so be sure everyone likes the heat before drizzling on everything!
