Vengeance – Chilli, Lemongrass & Ginger Oil

Vengeance is one of 3 oils in the Grim Reaper Foods line up. This one is infused with chilli, lemongrass and ginger and is the milder of the oils in the range at about a 2/10. Just because the heat is on the low side, doesn’t mean the flavour is! The scent is unmistakably lemongrass with ginger in the background adding layers of complexity. Flavour profiles suit Asian cooking well, but there’s no reason not to use it wherever you like!

Vengeance Chilli, Lemongrass & Ginger Oil is a great swap oil for anywhere you would use an oil, cooking or dressing. Drizzle on pizza, sear fish with it or stir fry prawns and noodles. Pour some into your sauces for colour and flavour or dress a salad. You can also use it as a marinade for meats and fish to infuse a great flavour before cooking, or even build on the flavours by adding your own spices to it.
