Tempest Chilli & Garlic Oil is a great swap oil for anywhere you would use an oil, cooking or dressing. Drizzle on pizza, sear fish with it, cook roast potatoes or veg in it or use as a dipping oil with ciabatta. Pour some into your sauces for colour and flavour or dress a salad. You can also use it as a marinade for meats and fish to infuse a great flavour before cooking, or even build on the flavours by adding your own spices to it. Spice level for Tempest is around a 4/10, so be sure everyone likes the heat before drizzling on everything!
