Jalapeno, Lime & Mezcal Hott Sauce

Jalapeno, Lime & Mezcal is real homage to the ever popular flavours of Mexico! The unmistakable taste of jalapeno sits on the base of charred onion and garlic where it add a great flavour and a warming heat. The lime juice brings a touch of sour fruitiness which balances perfectly with everything else. Mezcal, with its smoky flavour, adds a wonderful complexity and depth and something a little different. The heat levels here are about a 3/10. This one is not about chasing fire, but a quest for flavour!

As you may imagine, Jalapeno, Lime & Mezcal is perfect for a wide range of Mexican dishes. Try it with tacos, burritos, enchiladas and much more. It will also compliment many South American dishes, but there’s no reason you can’t use it wherever you want to!
