S.P.G Seasoning is a blend of 3 kings of the seasoning world – Salt, Pepper & Garlic. This is a popular “season all” blend everywhere from The United States to Finland and all across Asia. Use it as it is to add bags of flavour to your foods or use it as a base to build your own blends on. At The Spice Cupboard, we use Tellicherry Black Pepper in the mix for all the extra flavours it brings. Expect the punchy hit of pepper with an almost citrusy layer that really makes these peppercorns shine.
S.P.G Seasoning is a great seasoning for meats and vegetables alike! It’s so versatile, you can rub it on before cooking or afterwards. You may have your own preference as to how the flavours change during cooking and when you want to use it. Try it with burgers, steaks, ribs, beef brisket or pork chops. As a guide, about 40 – 50g per kilo of meat is a good place to start. Of course, adjust as you’d prefer.
