Chicken Seasoning is a ready to go blend of herbs and spices that make it easy to cook delicious food with less fuss. It is a mix of Onion Granules, Salt, Red and Green Bell Peppers, Garlic Granules, Black Pepper, Parsley, French Tarragon, Paprika, Demerara Sugar, Ground Lemon Peel and Celery. This is a great marinade to coat chicken with, as it will really give a mouth watering flavour to poultry. As a guide, mix one teaspoon of Chicken Seasoning per person with a little olive oil and rub all over the raw chicken. After at least an hour, fry both sides until golden and then finish by baking it in the oven. Alternatively, coat a whole chicken before roasting for Sunday Lunch. Delicious and easy!
Chicken Seasoning might be made for chicken, but if you like the flavours, you can use it wherever you want. Add to burgers and soups, stuffings and batters or pies and stews – whatever you want! We also have Chicken Rub available, which leans more aromatic and mildly spicy, should you prefer that.
As with all herbs and spices, add a little at a time to get the flavour you want. You can always add more, but taking it out again can be impossible!
