Salted Pineapple Chilli Jam is a just as delicious as you imagine! We tried this one at the Hot Sauce Society show in 2025 and immediately bought a jar! It takes inspiration from Thai street food vendors that serve fresh fruit with chill and salt. By charring the pineapple, it takes on a superb smokiness that compliments the sweetness perfectly. This is another award winner with a star from the Great Taste Awards and a Gold in the Taste of the West Awards. It comes in at 2/5 for spicy heat, meaning its great for most people to enjoy – so you might want to hide it when people come round!
Salted Pineapple Chilli Jam is a great condiment to serve with Indian finger foods such as bhajis and poppadoms. Try some in a bacon sandwich for a twist on the norm, or serve it with a crispy chicken burger. In fact, anything crispy from a deep fryer would likely work well with it! Add some extra flavour stir frys or noodle dishes with ease with just a spoonful.
About Easton Chilli
Easton Chilli started during lockdown as a start up venture in 2020, making great sauces until late 2023. By then, Rikki could not keep up with demand so he started making sauces out of a rented kitchen in Brislington. Today, he has his own purpose built kitchen and is going from strength to strength, making awesome sauces and even offering sauce making classes. After trying a few sauces at the Hot Sauce Society show, we really wanted to bring his sauces to our customers! For more info on their products or to look into their sauce classes, check out the Easton Chilli website. (Opens a new window in your browser).
Other chilli jams we have in the range include Black Garlic, Original, Scotch Bonnet & Gochujang and Sundried Tomato.
