Scotch Bonnet & Gochujang Chilli Jam is for those that like a bit more heat to their sweet condiments! The Scotch Bonnets bring the heat, making it one of the hotter jams in the Easton Chilli line up. Gochujang adds bags of flavour and and unmistakable eastern edge. This is the winner of a Gold award in the Taste of the West awards 2025. Heat level is a 3/5, so do try it before serving on food!

Scotch Bonnet & Gochujang Chilli Jam is a fairly versatile thing and if you love chilli jam, you know where it works! Like many others, it works well with crackers and cheese as well as cold cuts and charcuterie. Try some with noodle dishes or a stir fry for extra flavour and heat, or add to a burger, wrap or sandwich. You could try it with fried chicken and chips too – wherever you fancy, really!

Easton Chilli started during lockdown as a start up venture in 2020, making great sauces until late 2023. By then, Rikki could not keep up with demand so he started making sauces out of a rented kitchen in Brislington. Today, he has his own purpose built kitchen and is going from strength to strength, making awesome sauces and even offering sauce making classes. After trying a few sauces at the Hot Sauce Society show, we really wanted to bring his sauces to our customers!
