Original Chilli Jam is a wonderfully tasty condiment that is good enough to take awards at The National Chilli Awards and the Taste Of The West awards. Using top quality ingredients and some culinary know how, this clean and bright chilli jam works with so many foods. The sweet, sharp and spicy flavours are very moreish and you’ll wonder how you got through it so quickly! This one is a 2/5 on the Easton Chilli heat scale – a warming heat that most people can get along with.

Original Chilli Jam is really a “use anywhere you like” thing. It is perfectly at home on a cheese board or with anything cheesy (such as a cheese toastie). Use it with wraps and burgers for a sweet, zingy dimension or use it with halloumi sticks. There really is no end to what you can use it with if you love a good chilli jam.

Easton Chilli started during lockdown as a start up venture in 2020, making great sauces until late 2023. By then, Rikki could not keep up with demand so he started making sauces out of a rented kitchen in Brislington. Today, he has his own purpose built kitchen and is going from strength to strength, making awesome sauces and even offering sauce making classes. After trying a few sauces at the Hot Sauce Society show, we really wanted to bring his sauces to our customers!
