Mura – Coffee & Chocolate Hot Sauce

Mura is a mole poblano style hot sauce that has a ton of complex flavours that balance perfectly well with chilli heat. Authentic Mexican ingredients blend with high quality single estate coffee from Radical Roasters and chocolate from Ruby Hue. The result is a sauce of real depth and cosy heat that suits many foods. This sauce is a 4/5 for heat according to Easton Chilli – be sure to try it before adding it to you foods!

Mura is a great sauce to use with rich foods due to the strong layers of flavour. Try it with red meats hot off of a barbecue or a grill. It goes well with dishes such as chilli con carne and beef stew, either as a side sauce or in the pot during cooking. Try it with pastry foods such as sausage rolls, steak slices or a pie.

Easton Chilli started during lockdown as a start up venture in 2020, making great sauces until late 2023. By then, Rikki could not keep up with demand so he started making sauces out of a rented kitchen in Brislington. Today, he has his own purpose built kitchen and is going from strength to strength, making awesome sauces and even offering sauce making classes. After trying a few sauces at the Hot Sauce Society show, we really wanted to bring his sauces to our customers!
