Scorch – Chilli Chocolate Sauce – 180g

Scorch is a great dessert sauce that combines lashings of velvety chocolate with ghost chillies. While not as hot as you might expect, there is still a good kick of chilli that comes through. Sweet treats like this need a strong chilli to make it through all the decadence! Scorch is great anywhere you want to add some chocolatey goodness. Warm it and drizzle over desserts, dip marshmallows in it, add to hot milk for a warming chocolate drink or serve with ice cream. If you’re a mixologist, try some in a cocktail to add extra interest.
