Blaze – Salted Caramel Sauce – 180g

Blaze is an amazing dessert sauce that combines the ever popular salted caramel with ghost chillies. The heat isn’t as hot as you might expect, being a mild to medium heat, depending on heat tolerance. The ghost chilli has enough heat to get through all the sweetness of the sauce, balancing perfectly. This is seriously good! Use Blaze any time you want to add even more decadence to your desserts! Great with ice creams, with porridge, warmed and drizzled over cheesecake or (if nobody is looking) eaten straight from the jar! We won’t tell… we’re guilty too!
