Pure is a medium heat hot sauce that has plenty of flavour to compliment the spiciness. Unusually for a sauce such as this, there are no onions or garlic in the blend. This decision was made to suit people that have intolerances to these ingredients. The base of the sauce is carrot and ginger, and what a flavour it gives! With just 6 ingredients in the sauce, its as pure as you can get – maximum flavour from good quality produce. This sauce goes perfectly with sandwiches, soups and compliments strong cheese very well. It also makes a great dipping sauce for grilled prawns and charred halloumi. If you love the flavours, just use it wherever you feel like!
