Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce from Burning Desire is a wonderful condiment for the table or for cooking with. It was launched shortly before the Dorset Chilli Festival in 2024 and promptly won first prize in it’s category! This would make a delicious sweet and tangy glaze for crispy fried chicken, pan fried salmon, stir fry’s or noodles. You can try marinading beef and chicken, adding to a burger and other similar foods. We’re sure that once you try it, you’ll find all kinds of foods to use it with. Even as a dipping sauce, this will bring an explosion of flavour to your foods! Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce is medium to heat (depending on your tolerance), coming in at about 3/10. While not hugely spicy, we recommend trying some first to gauge how much of it to use!
Other sauces in the range include Critical Mass, Lucky Devil, Five Finger Death Punch, Burning Indulgence and there’s also Hot Lava, a chilli oil with plenty of heat!
Burning Desire Foods are a company that has made top quality sauces in small batches since 2010. Their obsession with flavour and heat using the best ingredients they can find is admirable, and their list of awards are a great testament to their quality of their sauces. We’re proud to work alongside this Brighton Based company to bring you some of the best sauces we can find. Check out the Burning Desire website for more information (Link opens a new window in your browser). Whether you get it here or there, we’d highly recommend giving them a try!
