Sambal Manis from Burning Desire is an Indonesian sweet and mild chilli relish. It is great for adding heat and flavour to noodle or rice dishes, as well as stir fry and fried chicken dishes. Sambal Manis translates to “sweet sauce” in Bahasa Indonesian and is a perfect representation of cuisine from the region. As well as adding flavour to foods, you can also use it as a condiment for authentic Indonesian dishes (or anything else you fancy it with!)
