Teriyaki Glaze from Burning Desire is a delicious sweet and sticky sauce that goes perfectly with chicken, salmon, stir frys and steak. Marinate chicken for 2 hours before baking in the oven, grilling or barbequing. As a guide, 2 tablespoons should be enough for 500g of sliced chicken thighs.
If you love pan fried salmon, this Teriyaki Glaze will take it to another level! Fry until it is almost ready and then paint the glaze on top of the fish and finish cooking. For steak, it works well with thin strips that you marinate for an hour or so. Cook in a wok on high heat before adding noodles or stir fry ingredients – whatever you want really! Heat level is very low with this Teriyaki Glaze, sitting around a 1/10. If you’re a real chilli head, you may not detect it at all, but for people with lower tolerance, it is enough to have a little tingle of spice!
