Rhubarb & Beetroot Ketchup is a new sauce from Halen Môn (in May 2024!). It may sound like an unusual combination of flavours but, like all the other sauces in the range, it works really well. Use with fishcakes and smoky tofu, spicy sausages and much more besides. Try it with rich game meats such as duck to add depth and flavour. Use with goats cheese or feta in a wrap or toastie or with a caramelised leek spring tart. There are surely so many more ways to use Rhubarb & Beetroot Ketchup, just use your imagination!

Earthy beetroot balances perfectly with the sweetness and sharpness of rhubarb, delivering a taste sensation. Halen Môn produce their sea salt in Anglesey, Wales using hand harvesting techniques. From a salt discovered in a saucepan left to boil dry, it is now one of the worlds most premium salts. It was on the table at the London 2012 Olympics and is part of the menu at the Fat Duck restaurant.
