Gherkin Relish is a fantastic sauce for those that love gherkins in their burgers or sandwiches. It has all the flavour of your favourite pickle and dill you’d expect, in and easy to use bottle. As well as burgers etc, you can use with a ploughman’s salad, hotdogs, salmon blinis and much more! We find this a very moreish sauce, and we’re always trying to find new things to use it with.
Add some Gherkin Relish to mayonnaise or creme fraiche to make a dressing for new potatoes, or mix with the potato mash when making fish cakes. The pickle and dill flavour goes perfectly with them. Spread over the bread before making your favourite sandwich for an extra burst of flavour. Gherkins have always divided the crowd, but if you’re pro pickles, you’re sure to love this sauce! Before the sauce even made it onto the website, we sold every bottle we had at the local market. With an open bottle to try, everyone that tried it, bought it!

Halen Môn produce their sea salt in Anglesey, Wales using hand harvesting techniques. From a salt discovered in a saucepan left to boil dry, it is now one of the worlds most premium salts. It was on the table at the London 2012 Olympics and is part of the menu at the Fat Duck restaurant.
