Smoky Barbecue Ketchup is a fantastic sauce that will bring a rich, smokiness to foods. Perfect for a summer family barbecue, it pairs perfectly with pretty much anything hot off the coals. Try with burgers, sausages, steaks, ribs and chicken as well as a whole host of vegetarian options. Just use as you would a normal sauce, but make sure you get in quick – it probably won’t last long if there are lots of people there!

Halen Mon produce their sea salt in Anglesey, Wales using hand harvesting techniques. From a salt discovered in a saucepan left to boil dry, it is now one of the worlds most premium salts. It was on the table at the London 2012 Olympics and is part of the menu at the Fat Duck restaurant.
