
Black Garlic Ketchup is a real treat of a sauce that will add lots of flavour to whatever you put it on. Halen Môn produce their sea salt in Anglesey, Wales using hand harvesting techniques. From a salt discovered in a saucepan left to boil dry, it is now one of the worlds most premium salts. It was on the table at the London 2012 Olympics and is part of the menu at the Fat Duck restaurant.
