Smoky Dijon Mustard is the combination of great quality mustard and Halen Môn Oak Smoked Water. If you love mustard, you need to try this! It goes great with ham in a sandwich, adding a dash of heat with a smoky aftertaste. Add some to the dressing for a potato salad to liven it up, or serve with roast beef on a Sunday. Halen Môn produce their sea salt in Anglesey, Wales using hand harvesting techniques. From a salt discovered in a saucepan left to boil dry, it is now one of the worlds most premium salts. It was on the table at the London 2012 Olympics and is part of the menu at the Fat Duck restaurant.
