Bloody Mary Ketchup is a twist on standard ketchup, adding vodka and other ingredients to make a truly amazing sauce. Use it in place of any other ketchup to bring the delicious flavours to any dish. Great with chips and wedges (of course!), in a burger, with fried or scrambled eggs and pretty much any barbequed meat or vegetable. Bring bangers and mash to life with a generous helping of this versatile sauce on the side.

Other things you can do with Bloody Mary Ketchup are numerous! Stir into mayonnaise to create a Marie Rose sauce for prawns or shrimp (or anything else). Add to meatball sauce recipes to bring extra flavour or use with soups and stews to add richness and depth. As a sauce with a tomato base, there really is an enormous number of ways you can incorporate it into your cooking.

Halen Mon produce their sea salt in Anglesey, Wales using hand harvesting techniques. From a salt discovered in a saucepan left to boil dry, it is now one of the worlds most premium salts. It was on the table at the London 2012 Olympics and is part of the menu at the Fat Duck restaurant.
