Thai Mussaman Curry Paste is made to go with coconut milk to make the base of a curry. As a guide, cook your choice of meat (or veg) in the paste before adding coconut milk. For every 30g of paste you use, add 120g of coconut milk and adjust as you see fit. The thick paste is so full of flavour that it won’t get washed out by the milk, instead balancing out to a superbly well balanced sauce!
