Fermented Sriracha Honey is a collaboration sauce between Easton Chilli and Black Bee Honey. The finest British wildflower honey blends with birds eye chillies and garlic before going through a fermentation process. This brings these punchy ingredients together in a mellow way, creating a delicious condiment that is simply superb! Black Bee Honey sources all honey from British producers with each jar coming from one place and one season. This means that the flavour changes throughout the year, depending when you get it. Fermented Sriracha Honey is, as you’d probably think, sweet and spicy with a wonderful garlicky flavour. So many places you can use this! Try it on a pizza (very fashionable at the moment), with halloumi or even as a salad dressing. Vegetables fresh off the grill or from the oven go very well, or you can use it as a glaze for meats. If you’re feeling really daring, try it with ice cream or an apple crumble! This comes in at 3/5 for heat, so give it a try before pouring all over everything!
Easton Chilli started during lockdown as a start up venture in 2020, making great sauces until late 2023. By then, Rikki could not keep up with demand so he started making sauces out of a rented kitchen in Brislington. Today, he has his own purpose built kitchen and is going from strength to strength, making awesome sauces and even offering sauce making classes. After trying a few sauces at the Hot Sauce Society show, we really wanted to bring his sauces to our customers! For more info on their products or to look into their sauce classes, check out the Easton Chilli website. (Opens a new window in your browser).
Other sauces we have in the range include Pa Lo, Sunray, Red Buffalo Sriracha and Tropical Kosho Hot Sauce, as well as many chilli jams!
